                                                                            Net                                                                         3D shape   First I started drawing out my shape on the dotted paper and when I finished drawing my shape I cut out my shape. It was hard cutting it. Lastly, I folded the edges up and I taped up my 3D shape. The shape is a cuboid. It was fun. it has 8 edges, 6 faces and last it had 12 vertices.

                                Production For Production, I did a song called Hey T.A.  It's a fun song about Teacher aide that's what T.A stands for and the other people in year 5 and 6 they were doing a song called PAT BLUES.  The Production was called Goodbye My Friend.  The tickets cost $10 each  and my Dad and Nana came. My Mum couldn't go because she had to pick up my brother and sister up. My sister was at work and my brother was at rugby training. I had great fun at Production. My favourite part was scene 2 because I was in the dance Hey T.A. In the end I saw my Nana at the back of the crowd.

                                                                  cross country Here today I am going to share with you about cross  country It was o n Wednesday and I came 8th and it was against year 5 boys. Joshua Ross came first.

                            Term 2 Hi ghlights For term 2 we have been doing lots of things I will show you 1. St Teresa's catholic day 2. Winter sports 3. Mr Chitty - learning about Deep sea diving 4. Cross country - sons and Canterbury's 5. Financial literacy - I am baking 6. Sparkle day - were sparkly clothes 7. Mai FM - Canterbury rams came (basketball) 8. Middleton grange music academy - sang music 9. Last day of term 2 - Got to were mufti and mid winter breakfast 10. Eel painting Overall, it was a fun term. I liked what we did, especially having the Canterbury Rams at school. They taught us new basketball skills and I got a pizza voucher for doing great dance moves! there are the two people that we saw Tony and Luke

Matt's visit  For our inquiry we are doing pollution in the water. This is what we are doing. Getting rid of rubbish from the local river.  Get lots of help so we can have clean water and we keep our longfin eels and other eels alive and other sea creatures. How much physical rubbish is in the stream? Collate total number of pieces What type of rubbish is the most common? How are we going to get rid of the rubbish? Use nets to get it our How are we going to keep the rubbish out? Put up a sign warning of the dangers of rubbish to our streams? Cyrus and I wrote a Job Description and are going to do two Posters. Cyrus said that he is going to put one of the  poster near the Heathcote river and Dylan said he has a river near is nana's house and he is going to put the poster there. Matt help us to and gave a lot of information.

Spheros Me Nicholas and Justin were spheros budes and we maybe a track. Our spheros was called BB-8 Nicholas was the first one to make it round the track it was so fun I had two and Justin and Nicholas. Our track was you have three blocks that you made the sphero around the blocks then Mr Koorey gave everyone a bit of string and you made the sphero go round in a cycle that's our track and then we had to pack up.

                                                        S outh Sudan make house day When I came back from Canterbury's I saw that Dylan (my friend) he was putting his lunchbox away then he saw me and he said hello how did you go in Canterbury I said that I came 4th in backstroke Heat and I didn't make the final.Then we went to the field and saw people making huts for south Sudan to feel what its like in south Sudan. Then Dylan said Ben and Nichols and Noah and Finn and Cyrus and Jake were making huts and were making more bedrooms for me and Dylan Ben said that we had rice. our hut now has 8 little room. then mrs welsh said that the rutford team is coming to look at at our hut and go in if they want to a few people went in and then we had to tidy up  and make the field as it was in the beginning. My life in south sudan I live in a refugee camp in j uba every morning in have to walk and find water because i a m old enough to go. And while all my family is still sleeping except for my dad he gets up early and gos hunting. I go walking I have been walking for almost half an hour my legs are saw finally I have found a pound so I scope up my bucket and then I put it on my head then I walk back home and my family have got up ready for some water and my dad come back with some food and he said that its my  brothers tearn to get the water next and we all have some food and half a cup of water.

                                                  K korfball Hello everyone I am going to share with you about Korfball. Korfball is fun. It is like basketball and netball. I scored like three points in two games.The school only had two days to play Korfball but it was still fun. The coach was called Youri, he was from   the Netherlands. How to play Korfball: to play Korfball you need a ball like a basketball and  two hoops, any hoop. Then for the exciting bit. Boys can't mark the girls and girls can't mark boys .You can't run with the ball you can't kick the ball you can defend you can score.

Hello everyone here today I am going to share with you about people from south Sudan in there names are Phil and Janet. They come from juba it is very hot in juba sometimes when it is night you have to put water on you and your covers because you are so hot. There is no power in south Sudan you  have to dig a hole in the ground and pee in it. along time ago there was just Sudan but now today there is south Sudan and Sudan. Sudan is bigger than south Sudan. In Sudan onehoundred dollars is worth about thirty dollars  so south Sudan is poor. Kids are not going to school because parents in south Sudan don't see why that should go to school. there are not a lot of doctors in south sudan they brush their teeth with a stick. their die there hear by cow pee.

                                  Don the sintesis about eels Don the scientists about eel’s Don is a scientists about eel’s he has done nothing but eel’s . I learnt that eels can swim up and back without turning and that Australian longfin eel is up at the top of New Zealand. The Australian longfin has spots. Also eel’s can smell stuff from far away and eel’s can eat other. Eels only when the eel is bigger than the eel that it’s going to eat. Eels can grow very big and eel’s can eat little ducks and eel’s don’t need to eat much and eel teeth are very small and eel’s ear bone can tell how old the eel’s age is. A female eel is bigger than a male eel. Eels breed in tonga they breed millions of eggs eel’s can eat a crab when an eel eats a crab the eel’s bottom is red because it’s is going to poo out the crabs legs. Eels don't like the sun they like shade you can track a eel by buying an special tag...

Global play day Last friday I brang chess and and I played a couple of game's. And then I saw that Justin K he playing with lego with Luke and Martin and Zander so I said can i play with you please and Justin K said yes sure you can play you can play with batman he had a batman car with batman and he had hulk and thanos and iron man and and others so I played with the batman car known as the batmovell. Then I played with Iron man he was cool. So Justin got something out of his bag in was another lego marvel from the Avengers I do not know what the name is then I went outside and saw Dylan my friend and he said what do you want to do I said will play over there and over there was people making slide. Oscar and Luke agen and martin and me and Dylan was going down the slide that they built we played thar for about 20m than we went inside and there was cars and me and Dylan played with them and them Matthew my friend came to played with us about for 5m then we had to pack...

Eel Trip Today I am going to shear with you about the Trip to centennial park to learn about eels.The eels are at heakit river.Year 5 to year 8 we were split into 5 groups because there was 5 people to go to learn about bug eels and draw stuff that was in the river .First i went to see the eels they were long fin eels they court them by putting white bait in the net and the eels smelling the white bait and come and get court in the net .when we were over there we played a game called eels and pipes you go up the eels and down the pipes then we went to the next person.

Swimming sports Hello everyone I am going to share with you about my swimming sports. I came first in the backstroke heat. Everyone was cheering for me. In the final I came second. In breaststroke I got disqualified because I didn't touch the wall with two hands. In freestyle I came second in the heat. Finally in the last race, I came third in freestyle.

  Today we learned that groundwater. Groundwater never runs out. You can survive with water more than food. Water is good for you it gives you energy and when you are thirsty you can drink water. The aquifers are big and there are lots of water it will take hundreds of years .The council drilled a hole to another aquifer so it will take even more years.
